What is an oxygen absorber?
An oxygen absorber is made of a chemical compound, the active ingredient of which is an Iron Powder (Fe). Oxygen absorbers are capable of bringing the oxygen level down to 0.1% or less and keep it that way during product's intended shelf life.
Our oxygen absorbers are completely safe. they are food grade materials, nontoxic and odorless.
Advantages of O2 Absorbers :

How to use oxygen absorber?
Absorber packets are vacuum packed in master bags.
After opening a master bag, you may spread out the needed quantity of sachets in a tray for usage. Please do not expose the sachets in the air for more than 30 minutes.The remaining sachets sachets should be resealed in the master bag after pressing out the air from the bag, or using a vacuum heat sealer to seal.
It is very easy to use oxygen absorbers in food packaging.
Simply select the appropriate absorber’s type and size. The container material should have a high oxygen barrier.
Put food and oxygen absorber sachet inside the container.
Seal the container completely.
How oxygen absorber are stored?
They must be stored in an oxygen free atmosphere inside a high barrier bag.
Why are there so many models of deoxidizer?
Because the food have different weight ,different volume,different packing material and different shelf life ,so the mode of deoxidizer is different. Selected deoxidizer’s model must be able to remove oxygen in the pack, otherwise the food will still be mildew , if uncertain model, please consult me .
How to Measure the Oxygen Volume?
Oxygen volume (ml) = {container volume (ml) -contained goods volume (ml)} x 21%
= {Length(cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) – food Weight (g)} x 21%
If the volume of the jar is 1200ml , so the oxygen is 252ml,you should use a 50cc oxygen absorber. Because 50cc have 300ml Oxygen Uptakes.
If the volume of the jar is 500ml ,so the oxygen is 105ml,you should use a 20cc oxygen absorber. Because 20cc have 120ml Oxygen Uptakes.Of course this model is just a reference.Because the food have different weight ,different volume,different packing material and different shelf life ,so the mode of deoxidizer is different. How many oxygen absorbers should I use?
If the volume of the jar is 1200ml , you should use a 50cc oxygen absorber. If the volume of the jar is 500ml , you should use a 20cc oxygen absorber. If the volume of the jar is 700ml , you should use a 30cc oxygen absorber. If the volume of the jar is 2600ml , you should use a 100cc oxygen absorber.Of course this model is just a reference.Because the food have different weight ,different volume,different packing material and different shelf life ,so the mode of deoxidizer is different.
